How to become an ‘Approved Centre’
Centres are organizations responsible for delivering and assessing our qualifications in accordance with our centre recognition criteria and qualification specifications. If you are an employer, training provider, vocational, further or higher education institution interested in offering our qualifications, please follow our center approval process to become an approved center.
Step 1: Contact us to express your intention to become an approved center. After receiving your inquiry, UK GLOBAL will provide you with all the relevant information and options within five working days.
Step 2: Pay for our administrative service to obtain center recognition, then submit the completed Centre Application Form along with supporting evidence.
Step 3: We will review your application and notify you of our decision.
Step 4: We will send you a Centre Approval Notification with exclusive support to deliver our qualifications.
Time Period: We typically acknowledge your inquiry on the same working day we receive it and provide a center approval decision within 15 working days, subject to the availability of necessary evidence provided by the center and the visit report by UK GLOBAL Officers.
After Recognition:
Once recognized, we provide the following facilities to our approved centers:
- An online web portal to help you register learners, verify assessments, and claim certifications, including over 50 ad-hoc reports for monitoring and review purposes.
- Excellent customer services.
- Comprehensive Qualification Specifications to assist tutors, assessors, learners, and associated stakeholders.
- A Centre Handbook to guide you in understanding and meeting our requirements as a recognized center.
- Training sessions for your staff members to become ‘Qualified Assessor’ and ‘Qualified Moderator/IQA/Verifier’ with regulated qualifications.
- Exclusive benefits and support for learners during and after their studies.
- Ongoing assistance, support, and advice.
